Review: Desperation Band - Banner CD + A Giveaway

I recently received the wonderful CD Desperation Band~Banner from Family Christian to review.

This CD, released in September 2014, is a live recording from the July 2014 Desperation Conference that includes an amazing group of worship leaders such as Jon Egan, Jonathan Moos, Kari Jobe, Nico Perez, Gina Milne, & Bri Giles.

I have spent the past few weeks listening to this CD at home & in the truck with my kids and it has been truly enjoyed! I have tried to pick a favorite song on this track but it is nearly impossible, Desperation Band has put together a great collection of high energy songs that are full of spiritual substance that is sure to stir the soul! I suppose though if I had to pick just one song it would be "On The Throne" lead by Kari Jobe.

"For the Lord is, 
He is Able, 
He is Faithful, 
Higher than the Mountains
that I face
Every Season
I will Press on 
For God alone is on the throne"

Those are powerful, soul-stirring, full of love words to hold on to!

This CD would make a great stocking stuffer!
