The next few weeks are going to be a bit crazy around here since we are getting ready to move to a new house. We are all very excited for the move. This makes the fourth year in a row that we have moved around Christmas time, last year we moved from Ohio to Kentucky on December 26th. Thankfully this move will be two weeks before Christmas.
I decided that our December Reading Basket will only have enough books for 12 days leading up to Christmas.

I had considered doing Elf on the Shelf this year until I came across Melk the Christmas Monkey. Melk is on a mission to tell children all about God and His amazing love. There are enough activities for an entire 30 days but we will only be doing "12 Days of Christmas". I hope to share a few of our Melk the Christmas Monkey Adventures with you in the next few weeks.

The boys really enjoyed our November Reading Basket. They like being able to pick any book from the basket for our read-aloud times.
I am loving the extra snuggles and the fun conversations that seem to be happening more and more after each book.
