We were recently given the opportunity to review Prescripts Cursive Letters and Coloring from Classical Conversations. Honestly, I had no idea that Classical Conversations sold curriculum. I always thought of them as "that really nice homeschool program that is out of our homeschool budget"

PreScripts Cursive Letters and Coloring ($11.99) uses finger tracing, tracing with pencil, and copying to build confidence and fine motor skills that are necessary for the building blocks of cursive writing. The coloring pages include images from medieval and modern world history.  This book is for ages 3 to 7 years.

Although Everett was very eager to try and to keep trying, he just wasn't quite grasping the concept of tracing the dotted lines with his pencil.  Truthfully, though we haven't really done much "tracing" with him just yet.

We didn't do much more than the first few pages of tracing the shapes and lines and then a coloring page or two. The coloring pages are too small for his little hands yet.

I do like the quality of the book, the paper is not flimsy and the overall content is wonderful.  I plan to hang on to this book for later use with Everett, perhaps try again this coming spring.  I am also looking at the PreScripts Cursive Sentences and Art Lessons for my high school daughter, she has expressed an interest in improving her cursive writing.
